Shipping Policy
Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — any delays will be noted on the shop homepage.
UK Delivery UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard: 2–4 working days
- Tracked: 1–2 working days
International Delivery I ship to selected international destinations — available countries are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside my control.
Tracking Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch.
